From the Artist: These photos were selected as my personal favorites from my first film photography class this previous year. I live in a little town by the sea, but there are also small clusters of forested areas, and these photos represent my wanderings around town, the beach, and woods throughout the year.

Vanya Truong is a seventeen-year- old Vietnamese hirsute. Her favorite art forms are collage, poetry, and photography. Vanya makes art because she has always been best at expressing herself through her hands and paper. Her work has been published in American Mustard and a previous edition of Vagabond City Lit.
